We specialize in providing professional portrait and event photography services in Washington DC for a large scale of clientele. Our services include photography & videography sessions, event coverage, and post-processing of images as agreed upon.
2. Booking and Payment
- Booking: To secure our services, a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in the booking agreement.
- Payment: Full payment is due on or before the date of the photography session or event. We accept payments via Stripe, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Zelle.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with us to achieve the best possible results, including following our guidance on posing, location, and timing.
- Event Details: Provide accurate and timely information regarding event schedules, locations, and any specific requests.
4. Photography Rights and Usage
- Copyright: All photographs and related digital files remain the copyright of Latrell "TCSHOTIT" Caton. We grant you a personal, non-commercial, perpetual license to use the photographs for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Publication: We reserve the right to use selected images for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Rescheduling and Cancellation
- Rescheduling: We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule sessions or events.
- Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 24hrs prior to the session or event may incur additional fees.
6. Client Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. We will not disclose any personal or sensitive information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Liability
- Limitation of Liability: While we take utmost care in providing our services, we are not liable for unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Washington DC.
9. Amendments
